Ive had Madden 08 on my PC since it came out. Man, what the crap! Damn EA sure knows how to repackage the same exact game and tell us its new. So Ive been playing on all-madden level of difficulty and I swear to God you might as well not even have refs in this game because they suck major you know whats! For example, I usually run Bryant Johnson on a slant near the  sideline, and he catches it right about the first down marker. I take one step forward and the defender will usually drag me out of bounds behind the marker. Forward progress means CRAP in this game because they will always spot me short of the first down EVERY time. EVERY TIME!! And then there are those hits on a reciever that clearly doesnt have possession od the ball, the ball jars lose, and the referees upon "further review" will let the ruling on the field stand that it is a fumble! BULLCRAP! And I ALWAYS get flagged for facemask penalties. I swear man I make a sweet sack or a tackle behind the LOS, and a flag gets tosses and lo and behold its a facemask. I could leg tackle the dude and still get flagged. But do the referees give me the same treatment when I am on offense? Nope! The computer hardly gets flagged for anything! Nicole Simpson cant rap! And I do love the commentary by John Madden. "90 percent of the game is half mental!" WTF does that even mean John?!?! 

Yeah i know. "if you hate Madden so much then why do you buy it?!" Cuz EA has exclusive NFL rights till about 2011. So Madden is all we get for authentic NFL gaming action! Also, if you are a man, you just gotta have Madden. Even if the game does suck, its just man-law. Man... I really miss the Sega NFL 2k series. 2K5 was the shiznit.
