First of all, I look at my fanmail counter. Blast! No fanmail today. The least I was hoping for was some newbie to send me a friend request or send me a ridiculous Defend Yourself TD challenge for something I said that was clearly a joke. For example, telling Argos that Joey Votto sucks.
Then I go straight to the TD section, the bread and butter of the site. 9/10 of the TDs on the main board do not catch my interest, and the one that does catch my interest is being argued by two complete morons that have no idea what country they live in, let alone how to argue whether or not shooting percentage is a valuable stat in the NHL. I make my normal move to a TD that does not catch my interest, but has the usual crowd furiously commenting on it (Outlaw, SxmSouljah, Assassin, Cain, Twins, Float, and maybe RSP if he isn't off showering with his parents). I spend the next 3 hours there changing people's statements in my quote box to make it seem as if the person is a blatant homosexual, then I make fun of them for it.
I consider making a TD, but then realize that some idiot like LeJerk may accept it, or the mods will delete it because it is damaging to their stellar reputations.
When I get bored of calling Cain a flaming gay guy, I go over to T&R and read about 7 articles that either make no sense whatsoever, or vaguely make sense but do not catch my interest. I click on one or two of them to see whether or not the article may actually be truth, or may be a complete pile of garbage that the writer heard a homeless guy say to his drug dealer or the local liquor store clerk. It is usually the latter.
I then go over to the NHL message boards, but as soon as the page loads I click the "Back" button because some Jackwad has posted 76 threads talking about the Chicago Conspiracy Theory that Obama (who is black, in case you don't know) was the reason the Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup. If I'm feeling nostalgic, I go back into some of the old NHL threads and look at how HockeyNutz69 made an ass of himself on a daily basis, then I reminisce about those 6 Defend Yourself TD's that I challenged him to. Fun times.....
Now to the greatest part of all. Roy shows up on the TD board! Oh joy! He makes a TD about whether or not the Steelers will make the playoffs, and Schadenfreude accepts the TD (naturally). I call Roy a tranny and vote against him. No harm, no foul. Mission accomplished. Sometimes I stick around and see if Roy calls someone a TV stand, or an ottoman. He ends up calling me a garden hose. I leave the thread feeling great because I only have a weiner, instead of having a weiner AND lady parts.
I notice several days later that I have lost 1200+ comments because Roy got deleted again. That sumbitch!
At this point, my stay on the site for the day is pretty much over.
Let me know if this is accurate to your daily visit to this site, unless you are DJ, because you would have to add, "Accept/Create at least 32 TD's per day".

Blogs have gone by the wayside since SI changed the format of the site. Used to be they were on the home page so you always saw the most active ones. There used to be a special blog every day of the week where everyone would congregate. Josh's Friday blog and JHova's 40/40 Club were my favorites.
My routine is the TDs first, TnR second, Blogs then NFL message boards if I have time. Work prohibits a lot of comments, so on slow days I stick to one or two TDs if I have time to hang out.
Side note - back in the day, Cassidy's House did a TD on the first place you visit when logging into FN... Uh oh! :-)
