1. Seeding
Seedings are done and topics are handed out (but you haven't been informed yet). Tomorrow before I go to bed (probably around 11pm Pacific) I will Fanmail the lower seed their topic TD.
In order to do the seedings, I grouped everyone into 2 groups based on overall activity (TD's, comments and blogs). As indicated in my previous post, the people with the lowest overall activity gets to start the TD. They will get the topics and have the choice of side to argue, challenging their opponent.
I then drew names out of a hat to match up 1 person from each group (aside from MMT and DKMF, who deserve a 1st round rematch from their last TD tourney). The seedings worked out as follows:

(RSP is an alternate, so any seeding could change depending on our participants)
2. TD Topics
Once seedings were done, I assigned topics to each pairing. Since there aren't really good/bad topics, I just went down the list in the order I came up with them and handed them out that way.
3. Voting
Winners are going to be decided by public voting. HOWEVER, when group members are voting, please ensure to also record your vote in the comments section. Also provide some rationale for why you are voting that way. In case of a tie or very close/questionable voting, we will be using these comments as a way to resolve any disputes.

I have the topics written down, saved to email and in my head. They will not be disclosed until the round begins. I have 16 topics already thought up, may add more if a "new" topic strikes my fancy as the tourney goes on.
People will not know the topics until it is time to argue.
