Louisville-34, Pittsburgh-31: The Cardinals will get back on track offensively today, but the defense will still be horrendous.
Wake Forest-24, North Carolina-13: Butch hasn't done very much for the five loss Tar Heels. Wake Forest is still a competitive team after last year's BCS Bowl berth.
West Virginia-28, Rutgers-17: People say that West Virginia hasn't beaten anyone yet. That will change after a convincing win over the Scarlet Knights.
Indiana-27, Wisconsin-13: Kellen Lewis is the best quarterback you've never heard of. He is the best running quarterback in college football right now, and he will score all three touchdowns for IU in this upset win over Wisconsin.
Illinois-31, Ball State-21: Illinois survives a scare from a surprisingly good Ball State team. Juice and McGee make a very good 2-QB system.
Michigan State-31, Iowa-17: The running game of Michigan State is just too good for the bad Hawkeyes team to stop today.
Northwestern-42, Purdue-35: I'm taking the upset here. Curtis Painter is a good quarterback, but CJ Bacher is much better than him this year. Bacher will pass for five touchdowns this game.
Texas Tech-31, Colorado-28: The Buffaloes will be in this game until the end, but Harrell to Crabtree is too good for Colorado to stop.
Kentucky-27, Mississippi State-13: The Kentucky defense will step up in this game. Andre Woodson hurts his Heisman chances by throwing two interceptions.
Akron-27, Buffalo-7: Buffalo has been pretty good this year, but Akron is a competitive team in the MAC. Buffalo is still years away from competing for a MAC title.
Central Michigan-38, Kent State-16: Central Michigan is the class of the MAC. They are undefeated in MAC play.
Navy-28, Delaware-27: The Midshipmen have trouble with the Blue Hens in this game. Delaware is 6-1 in Division 1-AA with a lot of blowout wins. Navy survives using the Triple option.
Arkansas-55, Florida International-6: This one-sided affair will only help Darren McFadden's Heisman chances when he gets four total touchdowns. The Golden Panthers continue their historic losing streak.
Missouri-28, Iowa State-19: Missouri's defense holds the Cyclones to only one touchdown, but Chase Daniels ends up being nothing special.
Vanderbilt-24, Miami University-7: Vandy will continue their good play by playing good defense against Miami.
Wyoming-27, Nevada-Las Vegas-14: UNLV is a pushover this year. Wyoming has no trouble beating them.
Tulsa-31, Southern Methodist-13: Tulsa is led by their great quarterback Paul Smith to an easy win over a terrible SMU team.
Oregon-28, Southern Cal-21: Dennis Dixon might be securing his Heisman contention when he destroys this Southern Cal defense. Mark Sanchez has an okay game but not enough to win.
Memphis-31, Tulane-16: Memphis has one of the most exciting offenses to watch. They easily beat Tulane in this one.
Utah State-21, Louisiana Tech-20: IT'S OVER! UTAH STATE'S LOSING STREAK IS OVER! Louisiana Tech has no offense, and Utah State's defense is good enough to win.
Arizona-24, Washington-21: Washington is a very bad team. They are 2-5 and have very little talent due to bad recruiting.
South Florida-27, Connecticut-17: The Huskies will not get another present like they did against Temple and Louisville. South Florida will continue its quest for the National Championship Game.
Florida-27, Georgia-14: Georgia is the worst 5-2 around. They snuck by Alabama and Vanderbilt and were beaten badly by South Carolina and Tennessee.
Clemson-24, Maryland-17: The Davis-Spiller duo in the Tigers' backfield is enough for Clemson to pull out this tough win.
Michigan-35, Minnesota-14: No Henne and Hart? No problem. The Gophers are possibly the worst team in all of Division 1-A.
Eastern Carolina-28, Alabama-Birmingham-17: Skip Holtz will use his solid running game to beat the mediocre Alabama-Birmingham team.
Texas-48, Nebraska-24: The hot seat gets hotter for Bill Callahan after the Cornhuskers get shellacked by the Longhorns in Austin.
Kansas State-28, Baylor-12: Kansas State's defense steps up by holding Baylor to all field goals.
Western Michigan-14, Eastern Michigan-6: This game wins the honorary Snorefest award with only two touchdowns being scored.
Florida Atlantic-28, Louisiana-Monroe-17: The Owls keep up their surprising run at the Sun Belt title by beating Louisiana-Monroe.
Nevada-21, Idaho-10: Idaho continues to miss Dennis Erickson on their sideline. Nevada wins easily.
Virginia-24, North Carolina State-10: Pretty nonchalant game. Virginia scores late to clinch the win.
Marshall-24, Rice-21: These two teams have a combined one win. Yeah, it's not the best game in the nation today.
Utah-31, Colorado State-10: The Rams can't find any offense, and Utah keeps up its pretty good season.
Auburn-24, Ole Miss-21: It takes a game-winning field goal for Auburn to get pass the tough Rebels of Mississippi.
Bowling Green-21, Ohio-17: Another bad MAC game. What a surprise.
UCLA-28, Washington-10: Look out. The Bruins are on mission, and they could still win the Pac-10.
Oregon State-27, Stanford-17: Stanford may have beaten Southern Cal, but they are a bad team, and Oregon State will win easily.
Western Kentucky-24, North Carolina Central-10: The newest D1-A team will beat a pretty good 1-AA team.
Kansas-24, Texas A&M-17: Now you can't say Kansas hasn't beaten anyone.
Middle Tennessee State-14, North Texas-0: SHUTOUT TIME!
Troy-21, Arkansas State-10: Troy is the best team in the Sun Belt. This will be a good game, however.
Toledo-21, Northern Illinois-7: The Huskies REALLY miss Garrett Wolfe.
South Carolina-21, Tennessee-17: South Carolina will bounce back after their bad loss to Vandy.
Florida State-24, Duke-10: This will be a pretty good game. It really shows how far Florida State has fallen.
Penn State-21, Ohio State-14: This is the game of the week. Ohio State's defense has been absolutely amazing. Penn State will be the toughest task they face. Penn State's offense is just too balanced for Ohio State to keep them under 10 points. Another number one team goes down.
Houston-21, Texas-El Paso-10: Houston will score twice in the fourth quarter to come back and beat UTEP.
Cal-28, Arizona State-21: Another undefeated team goes down. Cal's offense is just too good for Cal today.
New Mexico State-34, Hawaii-31: This is my upset of the week. New Mexico State has the best QB in the WAC. Yes, I said it. Chase Holbrook is better than Colt Brennan. Their stats are similar, but Holbrook plays in a much more balanced system. He will prove it to the nation by throwing four touchdowns in the upset.
UCF-21, Southern Miss-17: It's finally over.
