Were not talking about the game were talking aout practice. Words from allen Iverson. Whats happening today in the sports world we call ours. It used to be people playing the game because they loved it not because they were making tons of money. Beilieve it or not my great x2 grandfater Mr. Bevak was highly scouted by the yanks decades ago so he trained his **** off but then got sent to war but when he came back to do all the paperwork he realized he could make more and help provide for his family working in the coal mines which he did. The point i am getting to is today the players play to make money not for the love of the game. I am a huge yanks fan but just look at a-rod i think that is pathetic he is making the most in baseball but he still wants more i am sure whe will get it but he dosent need it.. Than we have all of these people in the nfl not playing in pre-season i do agree they are running the risk of getting injured and even though they are not making a paycheck during pre-season if they loved they game they would play.....Than we have no practice plaxico who dosent practice period sure he is great but he would be at the top if he did..thats all i have to say on the topic
