What a week of college football. Let me be the 10,000,000th person to say Les Miles is still an idiot. He will last another 2-3 years at LSU only because he will get lucky and win one against Florida, Bama, or Auburn and fans will think that is enough to save his job. Real LSU fans are still missing Nick Saban and await his return to the LSU sidelines hoping it has all been a nightmare seeing him make Alabama a powerhouse again.
SEC rants: Tennessee vs Georgia... Dooley's job is safe since it is his first season while Mark needs this one to save his job. Georgia has homefield advantage and will have Murray and Green connecting all game long. If Tennessee has problems covering Green I am sure they will just add a few more defenders out to cover him! ;)
PREDICTION: Georgia 35 Tennessee 17
How about the Pac-10. While my beloved Gators were getting whipped on CBS, The Pac-10 filled my football life with joy and excitement. When Stanford raced out to a huge lead I thought WOW, but knew Oregon could rally with their point a minute offense. After seeing that Game I think Stanford still has what it takes to win the Pac-10 only if Oregon stumbles which could be possible. Oregon will stumble only if they allow themselves to get into a hole late in the game and not have enough time to get out.
Did anyone watch the Michigan vs Indiana game. I came away very impressed and excited for Indiana and ability to throw the ball around the field. Yes it was the horrible michigan defense but it was still exciting. Look for Indiana to suprise a team or two in the Big-10. Yes Robinson is amazing at QB and will single handely save Rich Rod's job. Whenever that knee gives out, so will the patience of the Wolverine faithful.
Game that only Interests me this week:
New Mexico vs New Mexico State. Both winless and have been beaten up by all opponents. I am going to take New Mexico State in this one. These coaches will be fired before they have their schools prosper into anything great.
Give me your thoughts and your feedback! College football is the greatest time of year and we need to discuss it and just have fun!
What is your favorite College football preview magazine?
Mine has been Athlon Sports for many years, but this year I have enjoyed Sporting news for the detail and pictures they include.
I will update mostly on sunday or monday after all the games have been played unless something strikes me that needs to be talked about. I look forward to gathering fans and a following. (pictures to follow)

I was wondering, what makes you think that Georgia is going to beat Tennessee by 18 points? Did you watch Georgia play at all this year? They do not look that impressive(just lost to Colorado), and even though Tennessee has lost 3 games, that LSU game was really close and the Vols basically won that game. But 35-17? I don't think that homefield will count that much.

Georgia will win but probably not by 17. Probably be more of a 21-17 score! But you never know....Tennessee defense might not have enough guys on the field for a few plays allowing Georgia to put some points up!

For whatever reason, most of the inhabitors of fannation don't read blogs or comment on them. Sad situation really. Try participating in the NCAAF message boards if you want to try some discussion.
Why does the battle of the New Mexicos interest you? It actually does interest me a little since they are both on the short list of teams vying for worst FBS football team in America. That makes the game a curiosity.
I agree with you assessment of Tenn/Ga.

Thanks Plumber. I am sure I can get more comments if I put up pictures of girls or I put up stuff to argue about! Thanks for the suggestion.
the New mexico game interest me because also these coaches were suppose to be "hot stuff" when in reality they have made their team worse. Winner of the game is not the biggest loser. I think Eastern Michigan and Western Kentucky should get in on "the biggest loser" competition.
