The Philadelphia Eagles used to be a top contender in the NFC year after year. They made the NFC Championship Game four consecutive years. Finally, in the fourth and final NFC Championship Game, they beat the Atlanta Falcons. The video about that on Youtube can bring tears to my eyes. However the Eagles lost to Patriots. Then, T.O. trouble started and the Iggles were never the same. Now, D.Mac is having trouble, Westbrook wants out because the Front Office wants him to give back 3 million dollars that they shouldnt have paid him. Andy Reid's sons are taking his mind off the game. The decline of the Philadelphia Eagles is rapid and other NFL teams should take notice because it can happen to anyone. If Reid leaves, McNabb will be soon after. Then, will Westbrook leave? Will the recievers be worse than they are now? Dawkins doesnt have much in him, Jevon Kearse cant have a healthy season, Sean Considine cant tackle anyone over 250 lbs. The list keeps going and going.
This could be the 1960s, '70s and '90s alll over again for the Birds. It is sad to say but its true, and I dont know when they will be able to recover.

The Eagles are crashing quickly. And unfortunately (for them; I'm a Dallas fan), they have a base set up in which they are set to win SOON. With the O-line aging, they soon will have nothing. They had such a good base of veterans mixed in with young guys. Then, this off-season, they tried to get too many young guys in, too fast. Now they are weak,m and the veterans are getting older and have no worthy backups. Unless they can pull off some miracle, this team is on the verge of falling into chaos for the next decade.
