| 04:39 PM ET 11.10 | I know I'm late to post this about phillips getting canned but I feel the need to disguss the firing. First of all how is this going to affect the offence, Garret is the O cordinator, sure you can't win a game by letting your opponet score 40 + points a game but you can't expect to win putting up only 7 either. The stars need to grow some balls and put it all out there if they expect to win. Also what is overaged Kitna still doing playing, if you loose aginst the Giants again your season is pretty much over. This is the perfect time for your QB of the future to start getting some reps. Kitna is for sure not your long term guy, so why not hand it over to McGee. It doesn't really matter anyway if they keep playing the way they have been they will assure a first round draft pick next year anyway. Thats what I would do, put all our young guys in and let them get some experience, because you are not going to salvage anything from this season obviously.
