The reseeding for Round 3 was slightly more complicated (and arbitrary) due to Veteran Newbie's Round 2 withdraw from the tournament. There have been a few tournament throwdowns forfeited (in prior rounds) before completion, and that does affect the voting. In regards to Save Me Jebus' seeding, I viewed the Round 2 matchup of VN vs SMJ as a similar scenario. VN literally forfeited the TD prior to any voting. Therefore the margin of victory was 0.

Per the rules page, we will be reseeding after each Round.
- Seeded according to vote win-margin in Round 2
- Largest win margin gets #1 seed, etc.
- (Re)seeding tiebreaks go to Round 2's higher seed
