Anyway you look at it, something's gonna have to change at Dove Valley.  Either (Mike Shanahan )agrees to give up one or both job titles, head coach or (General Manager).  The winds of change are upon us this NFL season and they will not be ignored!  We all know about the many injuries at Bronco nation, but that is no excuse every other team also has injuries.  One suggestion layed out tonight by (Capitan K), is to bring in another ex-coach who is a great talent evaluator to be the GM.  That is a great idea,but Mike Shanahan is way too proud to let someone else come in and take over just like that especially someone like( Bill Parcells).  Others have championed the firing of (Jim Bates )Defensive Coordinator to fix the defensive troubles of the Broncos, Does anyone remember how many defensive coordinators Mike has fired during his tenure?  (BS Shwartz) you are a great Bronco fan,but remember change is the only constant in life.  The simple firing of a Defensive coordinator will not solve the team's problems, the shelf life of any NFL coach is less than 10 years.  After 10 years the message gets old and useless and too predicable, especially on offense where you need the element of surprise!  An overhaul of the team is needed, one from top to bottom.  Goodnight now, clowns.  War the fans of fan nation for keeping everyone in sports honest.
