Even at 3-8.... fans around the country want to see the Dallas Cowboys play. The 4:15 edt game outdid the Steelers @ Ravens which was a fight for first place? The Steelers game had no competition with other games being the 8:30 Sunday nite game. Dallas first game for their new headcoach Jason Garrett at New York was the most watched game in years. Say what you want about the team but people tune in to watch Americas Team.

QUOTE(#1):

1) The Steeler Raven game was the highest rated week 13 game on SNF in 5 years, pulling a 14.6 and 23 share and the Ravens are not the Colts. 2) The Steelers could very well be playing in Dallas in February while the Cowboys watch the game with most of America. 3) When was the last time the Cowboys played in the game of with the highest rating of the year?

If you go to nfl rewind and join you'll see that Dallas games usually have the most comments at the site which tells you the fans are there. Fox has had their top duo Aikman/Buck at the Dallas games much of the year because they know the Cowboys attract viewers. The 3-8 Cowboys got the top broadcasting duo? The opponent helped with Manning but Dallas was the main reason. There are alot of Steelers fans at road games because of the travel packages as the Pittsburgh fans are crazy about their team. Last year there were thousands of fans at Mile High during the regular season but a preseaon game at Denver this year had very few Steeler fans attending? The main reason fans hate the Cowboys is the annoying amount of fans around.
