I went 17-4 and I am 53-14 overall.  Here were my picks last weekend.

Oregon vs. Arizona- Oregon- A great team and an easy win.  They better hope Kansas loses soon or they could get overlooked if KU beats two top 10 teams at the end of the season.- incorrect..sad injury

Hawaii vs. Nevada- Hawaii- Another average game for an average team.- Correct

Ohio State vs. Michigan- Ohio State- Michigan saved their guys for this shot at the division title but Ohio States loss makes them come in mad and ready to play.- Ohio State- Correct

Florida vs. Florida Atlantic- Florida- a good game to rest and get healthy-big blow out.- Correct

Illinois vs. Northwestern- Illinois- great win on Saturday and this will be Zooks 9th win this week.- Correct

Maryland vs. Florida State-Florida State- Who knows which team will show up for FSU but I think this is one they will win.- Correct

Rutgers vs. Pitt- Rutgers- could be a good game. - Correct

Missouri vs. KState- Missouri- If Nebraska can score over 70 points against KState; this could be an ugly game for KState.  Missouri is a good team.- Correct

Georgia vs. Kentucky- Georgia- Georgia looks better each week and the game against Auburn was a huge win.  It should be a great game with a high score.  If Kentucky's QB struggles- it will be ugly.- Correct

Vandy vs. Tenn.- Tenn.-I hope I am wrong but Tenn is the better team.- Correct

Duke vs. ND- ND-It is a true toilet bowl and could be a coin flip.- Correct

Alabama vs. L.Monroe- Alabama- they are still a decent team but suffered a huge loss last week.- Incorrect- Big loss for the program.

Boise State vs. Idaho- Boise State- another weak scheduled game...Correct

LSU vs. Miss.- LSU- It is the time of year they will play big and win in the final stretch.  My pick for NC.- Correct

Kansas vs. Iowa State- Kansas- Hopefully they will not overlook Iowa State.  The match up with Missouri in a few weeks will be huge.  If they beat Missouri and Oklahoma (two top 10 teams) they will jump over Oregon if they are undefeated.  Doubtful they can beat both but who knows this year?!- Correct

VT vs. Miami- VT- Should be an ugly game.- Correct

Wisconsin vs. Minnesota- Wisconsin- They are a decent team this year.- Correct

Cal vs. Washington- Cal-they are a decent team and will be ready for this game.- Correct

West Virginia vs. Cincy- West Virginia- They will prove Cincy is over rated and win big.- Correct

Oklahoma vs. Texas Tech- Oklahoma- should be a decent game to watch.- Incorrect.. Great game.

Upset pick:

BC vs. Clemson- Clemson- If the right Clemson teams shows up.. they will win big.- Incorrect.. great game.

Georgia and Kentucky should be a good SEC game to watch!

I guess I feel strongly that it will be a good game.. sorry my computer froze and did it twice...

Lots of double posts everywhere today. Think they're having trouble with the server. Too bad we can't delete our own posts.

only games I'm not sure about are OU v. Tech in Lubbock, where Tech could pick apart the Sooner secondary; and Maryland v. Florida State. That one's tough to call.

Georgia's really hot and I'm sure our Dr. is excited, Kentucky might keep it close BUT only for the first half.
Arizona is rising but I do not think it would be even close.
OU would smack TT.
Iowa State can be a trap game for KU. Chizik would have a defensive scheme ready for them.
OSU-Mich both with losses coming into the game. Tressel does not lose twice in a row often.
WVU only if it avoids silly turnovers and don't allow Cincy to hang around till the 4th Q.

Ohio State and Michigan should be half decent I hope

November 13, 2007  02:41 PM ET

I do agree that Maryland and FSU is a coin flip.. both are inconsistent teams.

November 13, 2007  04:34 PM ET

My crystal ball predicts WVU to go down this week. That L'ville game was sloppy and sooner or later that'll catch up with you. As well as relying on a 185lb quarterback to run the ball 20 or 30 times a game.

I hate to say it but gotta go with OU. Not to say they're not capable of self-destructing, but gotta keep their ranking up their so when KU beats them in the Big12 game, it'll bump them up over Oregon! :)

If Kansas beats Missouri and OU; they will play in the NC.

I agree Georgia is on a roll but Tenn. has to lose for us to get to the title game. Knowing our luck; they will win out and get crushed by LSU. If we beat Kentucky; we should get an at large bid; we should but you know the SEC.

My gut says Tenn. will go and Georgia will be saying "what if we had started Moreno against SC"? The championship will be a close and great game if it is UGA and LSU. The teams in the SEC next year will be so loaded it will be an up and down year in the SEC. No one will go undefeated.

They should be fighting for a playoff system because the top teams can play with any team in the country next year. Florida, Georgia, LSU, Auburn, Alabama, Tenn., Kentucky, SC and yes even Vandy and Miss. State will be decent next year. How many conferences can say at least 7 teams next year wil be in the top 20?

The coaches are incredible and the teams will be even stronger. UGA was first in recruited for the first time ever with a huge RB that is redshirted this year. Florida will be more mature and loaded. I know there are teams like Ohio Sate, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Virginia Tech, Oregon and maybe Kansas and Missouri and others.. but they do not have to play them all in their conference.

I agree. The oregon game was crazy but the injury with QB played a small role. The only team I think is safe is LSU; if Tenn. wins their side.

I do agree vandy could make it interesting...

Did I call it or did I call it?

I knew Sooners couldn't stop the Tech offense. I just didn't anticipate the Sooners' offense cataclysmic implosion.

Oh, well, at least this way the Sooners can't get blown out in a national title game.
