Now what?  What do we do should Bill and Company destroy Colorado which they just might do?  Tom is faced with the ultimate decision, dump Bill and pray for Bo?  As a lifetime fan (since 68), I have really been spoiled with some damn good football teams.  But as one of the lucky people to get sideline tickets and be able to shout loud enough for Tom to hear me yelling, "throw the damn ball."  Geez, could he not think of better plays besides up the middle on 1st down, 2nd down, and yes, a pitch or just maybe, a bomb downfield for 2-3 yards in which the receiver would 'A', drop the ball or 'B', the running back of a QB would throw it anywhere but to the player.  I know, not very fan-like but hey, how many times can you say you were bored watching the same play over and over again?  Probably more than once.  They bring you the Fairbury Hotdogs but no drink so you won't chance missing something big on the field while in the bathroom.  Hum!  Remember when we would play a Washington or any Florida team and they put the ball in the air?  Wow, it was exciting.  Quarterback drops back, are defense is almost there, he is sure to throw, the ball is launched in perfect flight (wish I could throw a spiral like that ya thought), your knees are buckling with the thought of a huge catch downfield.  Like it or not, it sure was fun.  Though I am not trying to take anything from our 'Rushing' crowns of yesteryear, I actually enjoy the more balance of a true offense.  Well, this is my blog so I can say its like hitting the enemy from the ground (Army) and striking from the air at will (go Air Force).  Rumors and maybe just holiday wishes are being sent to Santa Tom daily.  Lets get Turner Gill and bring back Bo.  My non-alcohol influenced thought is what about keeping Bill on as headcoach and bring back Bo to lead our defense?  Come on Call-a-Ham haters.  Does it really sound that bad?  Sure, the 'Ham' would probably be upset we sent Coz back to Kansas or where ever the yellow bricks lead him but hey, why not.  Forget the idea of Turner Gill, not what I would consider.  Like the guy changing my tires but can he work on the engine...Not a chance I would take.  If we can consider, which is on the table of dumping the Ham and $5 million, I think we can afford to bring Bo out of the Swamp for a head coaching position.  Its a tough decision for Tom, but whether we keep Bill or not, I think were seeing the light.  Sometimes we don't know if its coming from Coz's ears, but its light.  Go Big Red
