Win or lose the AFC Championship game, I have to admit that Mike Tomlin is a heck of coach and should be considered a top 3 coach. He is more than the rah, rah speech by being a great Xs and Os coach. In addition to being a great strategist and in-game adjustments, Tomlin makes great within team adjustments. He has done what Chan Gailey, Dave Campo, Bill Parcells, and Wade Phillips along with their coaching staffs couldn't do or never did. Flozell Adams (A.K.A Mr. False Starts) has a hearing problem from his right ear and played Lft. tackle while playing for the Cowboys until he was cut. Adams was picked up by the Steelers because an offensive lineman who was lost to a season ending injury. Tomlin has played "The Hotel" at Rt. tackle which is playing dividends for the Steelers. Nothing major, nothing that would be considered a stroke of genius. BUT SIMPLY PRACTICAL! JUST PRACTICAL!

Even if you inherit talent, you still have to coach them. Look at the Cowboys this year...
