I hate to say this, but I have to say that Brent Sutter seems to have gotten some sense. He's put together a new line scheme.
1) Parise, Elias, Gionta
2) Langenbrunner, Zajac, Zubris
3) Pandolfo, Madden, Clarkson
4) Asham, Pelley, Brylin
Honestly, I think that they key to Brent Sutter's new scheme is the return of Jaime Langenbrunner. He's done great in his return. Also, Elias is a surprisingly good center, and Parise and Gionta have always done well together. The third line is doing great together and I have to say Clarkson really is a little sparkplug. However, I said in my last post that I wanted Langenbrunner to be captain. Well, I think he would be a good choice but I think that Pandolfo should get it. He took a puck off the face and returned in about 2 minutes. It was incredibley selfless and Pandolfo is an amazing player and leader. He should get it. Langenbrunner should be an alternate, and I personally think Zubris should lose the A but that's just my opinion.
However, the powerplay is still struggling. Sutter made two powerplay units but neither have done well. I think that the units should be as such: 1) Gionta, Parise, Zajac, Madden, Rachunek, 2) Elias, Zubris, Brylin, Langenbrunner, Green. What do you think about all this?
