The only thing they are missing is someone to teach them their roles on the court , how to play defense , how to run a set offense , and teach them a design sure fire play when the game is on the line , and who the finisher is going to be in the clutch . Dewayne Wade was a great player without Lebron and won a championship with a bunch of old men . Lebron was great without Chris Bosh he took a young Cavs team to the NBA finals but lost . Chris Bosh well he hasn't accomplished much of anything , a descent shooter but not a leader and a weak rebounder . But he's not the problem . The problem is the Heat don't have a coach that knows how to manage a game , who to designate as the first , second , or third options in a close game . The Heat are playing pickup games basketball just throw the ball on the court and let the stars win the game . No strategy , no defense , no game plan , no floor leader , no coach . Spoelstra must go .

Spoelstra isn't the problem. You mentioned 3 players on a 15 man roster. That in itself is the problem. The Heat cannot match up with other teams because they lack depth. But I will say this. Everybody better enjoy beating them now. In a few years that won't happen. With Riley as the GM they will get the guys they need to help them get over the hump. And lastly, Dewayne Wade is the second best finisher in all of basketball. Why he doesn't get the ball in crunch time is beyond me.

All they have is a bunch of has beens in Howard , Bibby , House , Ilgauskas , Magloire , Dampier , unlike the old guys that won it with Wade , Shaq , Payton , Mourning , Walker , Anderson , and Posey , but they got rid of Stan and brought in Riles someone who could motivate them and knew how to push the right buttons . D-Wade like Lebron are great finishers but you just can't clear the floor and let them go one on 5 you have to draw up a play and have a 2nd , 3rd , and 4th option . Hell if I know either one of them is going to drive to the basket or take the shot it's easy to defend . Spoels is not a game coach poor play selection heres his strategy give them the ball and get out of their way .

When they start playing team ball, they will win games. Riley was at the helm when they won the last title. It wouldn't be surprising to see him there again. And surpass Phil Jackson.

When the Heat first acquired Lebron I said that if the Heat win it will be because of Dewayne Wade. If they they lose the blame will fall on Lebron. The Heat are Wade's team. He is the second best finisher in all of basketball. In my mind he all around game is better than Lebron's and he is more clutch. The Heat need guys who can help out when they need to.
