Mets should trade reyes for Santana

The mets should trade Reyes for Santana because they need pitching at all cost. Reyes is a great player but CY Young winners are harder to find a Cy Young at the top of there game than a good shortstop.Consider that Reyes only hit .280 with 54 RBI'S and an OBP of .354 which was 76 MLB. He did lead MLB with 78 steals and had 119 runs which is amazing but santana had a 3.33 era, 235 strikeouts,and only 52 walks. Also the mets starters were inconsistent and with Glavine leaving the mets need another starter so would be perfect.

If you do make that trade, you have make sure to re-sign him and never let him get close to the FA market.

I cannot say it any better than you did Coletrain. If you trade for Santana and he walks, then Omar is going to look pretty stupid.

too late. if they wanted to do Reyes for Santana, they should've signed Rodriguez.

Reyes and Wright are the franchise and you dont trade those guys, even for a guy like Johan.
