Spring is in the air! Baseball and crackerjacks, NHL and NBA playoffs, what more could a sports fan ask for? Perhaps a less gloomy oulook for the 2011-12 NFL season but as fans we have no control over that mess. However, looking ahead to the NBA playoffs I see nothing but generals getting their teams ready for war of epic proportions.
How the West was won:
Each team summed up in 5 words
Dallas- too soft to win rings
San Antonio- will struggle with lakers inside
Oklahoma- how much has youth evolved
LA Lakers- defending champs, theirs to lose
Memphis- better luck next year guys
Portland- Will suprise alot of people
Denver- can team unity trump talent?
New Orleans- CP3s backpack not big enough
Big East Feast:
Boston- If they're healthy, they're wealthy
Chicago- Every Rose has it's thorn (mj had a few before he found success in the postseason)
Orlando- Orlandon't
Miami- High ceiling, can they close?
New York- Offense only goes so far
Atlanta- Scares absolutely nobody, no..body
Philadelphia- undersized, undertalented, will be overwhelmed
Indiana- next subject please, thank you
