Create a team- made of players that were in college from 1982-2006 (no this is Not Football- or else everyone would be using Oklahoma because most of them have been in school SINCE 1982 )
And we will have a Little 8 Man tourney. . .

Oh I forgot something- you CANNOT choose a team that won a title since 1982- so no UNC, No DUKE, no UCLA, not even NC State is eligible! You CAN use Cincinnati or Ohio State as those wins were before 1982.
