I am NOT playing the race card. I am NOT going to say that it was unfair that the Aggies didn't interview a black candidate. The Aggies wanted Mike Sherman. They hired Mike Sherman. Esco no offended. If the candidate you wanted from the beginning is white, so the **** what? Don't get me wrong, I like Affirmative Action just as much as the next guy. But if TA&M had brought in some black dude walking down the street, "interviewed" him, then said no, it would seem like they are just going through the motions so they won't have to hear from Al and Jesse. It is better for them to just hire the guy they want instead of faking it.
