The Pryor camp said they paid or financed $11,000 for a 2007 Nissan 350z with 80,000 miles, that is a heck of a good deal.
I went on Kelly Blue book and got the retail price on a 2007 350z, (the base model) it added up to $17800, the wholesale price (trade in value) was about $13,000 if the car was in average condition.
Now remember this is the base model, there are about seven styles including convertibles, some of those modles add $1500 or more to the cost.
I'm not sure what style of Z Pryor got so I used the cheapest of the models, I thought that was fair.
I also went shopping for the same car, I serched for ones around the same year and millage, the best deal I found was a 2006 (year older) with 71,000 for $16,995.
I want to be as fair as I can, so I'm going to ask one question to any fan or folks from the Pryor camp:
Is $11000 the balance after deducting the value of a trade- if any- or a down payment?
If the above question is NO , then all I can say is "heck of a deal my friend" they basically bought that car below wholesale cost.
Good gig ......Columbus most be a great place to get a good deal..
Enough said
