I blame a lot of Kryle's coverage on DW. Every 10 laps at minimum DW would mention Kryle at least once. If he started back in the field we would be forced to watch his march through to the front, yet when Harvick and Kenseth started in the back of the field we are treated with a "Where did he come from?!?" comment because they raced into the top 5 at the end.
I don't know if he got so much coverage because of some deal with Fox and Toyoda, because he is DW's second favorite driver of all time (you can guess who #1 is, no not Mikey), or because of some NASCAR mandate. What will be interesting is to see how much coverage he gets now that we are on TNT.

Who doesn't love love ? LOL I threw that arguement out in the past and it was shot down. I seriously think his hi jinks were a put on because this year he has behaved 95% of the time.

I think Jr has lost his luster to DW because of his recent issues with winning the last few years. there was some resurgence of it this year but it's still not what it was. So I'd rank Jr #3 on the list.

Heck why not just drop calling them drivers, or racecar drivers, or racers and call them "Superstars". Since NASCAR is becoming less about racing and more about "Sports Entertainment".

Mikey actually went down the whole list of Toy drivers in one race I watched .... even the ones at the back and said it was either a improvement or just a bad race for that driver.

You know, it costs so much to field a team these days that I can't really fault these guys for giving their sponsors value for their money. And a lot of these guys have either a Truck or Nationwide team for them or someone else.
A long way from mom and the kids being your crew and pulling up the night before the race with an open trailer and sleeping in the parking lot.
