David "Hayemaker" Haye vs Wladimir Klitschko

this is NOT a prediction blog..

Just hyping it up, if i can.. ??

I will start with Mr. Haye. David Haye's been the lineal champion of the cruiserweight division. For fans that don't know, that division's right under heavyweight.. Haye made his jump up to heavyweight about 4 fights ago. Haye's totally dominated since being at heavyweight.. opponents; Monte Barrett , John "Quiet Man" Ruiz(knockdown 4 times!) , "the Giant" Nikolai Valuev , and Audley Harrison.. All have held hw titles of some sort.. Haye is the first and currently only boxer in the history of the sport to be seven stone or more lighter than an opponent in a World title fight and still come out victorious.-wiki

Haye's a pretty solid talker. He's been spraying sh8t at Wladimir's face for awhile now. These two were supposed to fight June 20 2009!!! So yes, this fight's been expected.. Here's one of the shirts Haye wore to the press conference, which has gotten alot of publicity. lol

Haye thinks he can get over both Klitschko's.. Good luck to him on that. He's a undersized heavyweight, but his undersized frame brings more energy and quickness to the heavyweight division. Haye's timing too, a big attribute. Dude's athletic to say the least. We will see if his bark is as loud as his bite come Saturday.

Neither Haye nor Klitschko has been beaten since 2004! Klitschko has a lotta advantages in this fight..

 Size

 Skill

 Better Jab

and alot more experience (ring) Wlad 58 total bouts to Haye's 26!

On the other hand, Haye's got 23 ko's out of 26 fights. So, Haye isn't lacking too much power there, even if he's a lot smaller. Haye seems to throw punches out of his back pocket..

What's in store for Saturday you ask? Well, If Wladi wins, him and his bro will have ALL the major heavyweight belts in boxing. Haye has one belt Wladi wants, the WBA HW strap.  Unification fight for the bro's, with a Wladi win? If Haye wins he will be fighting Vitali, or I see him heading to U.S. soil, where he has never fought..

 for you gambler's at heart, I found a lil something;

Round betting had Wladimir Klitschko On Points the favorite at 10/3 odds while David Haye On Points would pay out 7/1 odds.  Most round betting odds pay 16/1 to 20/1.

Outcome betting had Wladimir Klitschko by KO TKO or Disqualification the favorite at 11/10 odds.  Haye by by KO TKO or Disqualification pays 11/5.  By decision pays around 4/1 odds for Klitschko and 8/1 for Haye. -gambling911.com

Haye has only one professional loss to date, Wladi's on a nasty streak.. we shall see!!!

The fight is going to take place in Imtech Arena, Hamburg , Germany on 2 July 2011[/I]-wiki

Be there or be square!!!!! Don't miss the biggest heavyweight title fight in YEARS (most hype since Lennox vs Tyson).. Check it, 4:45 pm Saturday, on HBO! Not Hbo ppv!

Can Haye back up his mouth?

 Can Wladimir be outmatched?

Hoping for pre-4th of July fireworks

Thanx pch

Pch, sorry but all of Haye's opponents have been slouches. Fraudley would be glad to be called a slouch, better than what most boxing critics think of him.

Haye is one of the best shjt-talkers in years, especially in the heavyweight division. He's done a good job hyping the fight.
If I didn't have a little 4th of July Weekend bet going on Wlad, I'd be cheering like hell for Haye to pull the upset just to get shake things up in the heavyweight division and get the media interested again.
Big fight weekend.

Interesting to see those odds. I got Wlad at nice price of about -200.
Bucky advised me that the crazy Brits were overbetting Haye and dragging the line too far the other way so I had to take a little plunge. I'll be sitting on my balcony enjoying the weather between rounds only.

The Brits always over price their fighter.

I am still undecided who I want to win the fight. Wasted on Thursday night and I still would like to see Wlad go down. Thing is if Haye wins he will trot onto Retirement or wait two years to fight Vitali. I just don't see it in Haye. Can't see anything he does that much better than most other fighters.

I'm glad to hear it! Because Bodog won't let me take my bet back.

Oh Yeah,I like Haye's T-shirt,what a classy guy!! hahahahaha!! I guess what he really wants is too get his ass kicked Vlad and then by Vitaly next, but?at that point?who cares who he fights?

If Haye somehow pulls the upset, he'll be in the catbird seat. With Mayweather and Pacquiao continuing to stall, Haye can run his mouth on the media circuit for 6 months to a year and build up a mega payday fight against Vitali - PPV on U.S. soil.

But if Wlad kicks Haye's ass, nobody will really care about Haye vs. Vitali. At least not in North America. The HW division will remain in obscurity.

But probably?,they'll make a rubber match out of this. Vlad and Haye II.

i think we'll have a concrete answer tommorow.. i don't see ANY rubber matches.. rubber matches are for decisions.. this fight is NOT ending in that fashion.. thanx
