The Wings completed another week in there season. They played very well. They beat the Tampa Bay Lighting 4-2. Tampa's second goal shouldnt have counted but thats okay we came out with the victory. Then we played Phoenix and won3-2. We fell asleep in the second peroid but rebouned in the thrid to win the game.
MVP of the Week:
Pavel Datsuyk He scored 4 times and had some great passing plays. He also hit the goal post serval times.
Defenseive MVP:
Chris Osgood and Brain Rafalski
They each played great Rafalski had two assits in the win over Phoenix.
Rookie of the Week:
Tomas Kopecky the goal he had over Tampa was the nicest ive seen in a while.
This upcoming week or two sholud be great we play Montreal then go back home for the Wild, Hurricanes, Florida Panthers , and the Caps
