The carosuel of sports in Philly are turning. No longer are the Eagles our pride and joy. No longer are the Flyers doormats. No longer does the guy who predicts the Sixers will make the playoffs look smart. The Phillies no longer win 8 in a row then miss the playoffs. Times are changing. McNabb is no longer the beast of the East. Allen Iverson? We all know what happened to him. Randy Wolf is not our ace. Peter Foresberg is no longer half of the Flyers cap. It's a new age in Philly. To start off, the Eagles? Lost to Seattle mostly because of 4 Feeley interceptions. The Iggles are no longer playoff locks. Something has to change. Now. It is possibly the most one-demensional offense in the NFL. Except for the Pats. Play Selection: Pass 42. Run 4.
The Sixer lost by 2 to the Nets in overtime. Vince Carter absolutely dominated, as the driving force of that 3rd quarter manhandle. Igudola scored 24, and Korver and Miller added 14. As the stat of the game, the Nets outscored the Sixers 25-10 in the game defining 3rd quarter. In Flyers news, they were toyed with in a 4-1 loss to the Dallas Stars.
Oh yeah, West Virginia and Missouri lost.
