Many thought (and me) thought that Les Miles would be the next coach. The rumors about him coming were never true. The rumors about buying a house in Michigan wasnt true. Nothing was true about his friends saying that he wanted the job. All Les Miles wanted wasn't the Michigan job. It was a big fat paycheck. December 1st sounded like the greatest day when Kirk Herbstriet reported that Miles accepted the job and would bring Georgia Tech defensive coordinator John Tenuta who is one of the best defensive coordinators in college football. But December 1st 2007 got worse. There was misinformation. Miles held a confrence saying he is the LSU coach and will be the LSU coach. But Miles made it sound wierd. It sounded like there was still a gap for Michigan to grab him. But after the SEC championship, Miles held a confrence where he said he would be the coach next year for LSU thus destroying Michigan's hopes. For everyone who still thinks there is a chance well there isnt. Hes gone for good. The wierdest thing he said in the press confrence was that he would help Michigan "In any way he can." We all know how you can help: by being Michigan's head coach. Miles went on joking that Michigan will beat that team one day and rubbing in Michigan's face. Now we know one thing about Miles. He's no Michigan man.

It's not over until Michigan names a head coach. Miles heart is in Michigan and if wins the Nat'l championship and renig and goes hello saban jr. I will not take anything for granite until Michigan names a head coach or 1-8-8 after the NC and their is no distrations

Anyone who believed Miles in that Bullsh!t press conference on Saturday is a little gullible to say the least. Of course his people were talking to Michigan and likely still are. And of course he wanted that to get out so LSU would come up with more money prompting Michigan to up the ante on their end. Kirk Herbstreit was right in what he reported and Miles knows it and set the whole charade up trying to make ESPN look like the bad guys. This guy is no good. He's an egomaniac. And no way is the whole thing over with Miles and Michigan.
