Guess what? I'm tired of explaining things - let's go straight to the rankings. If you think this is insane and have never seen them before, read my earlier rankings posts for an explanation of how this works.

Notes:
Thank God all the bye weeks are off the records - every team has a nice, even three games. This made things a little bit easier; I've definitely had more complicated weeks.
The main twist here is the crazy mix of teams between 21-28. They've all beat up on each other, forming a nice little knot.
So I'm sure newbies have a ton of questions or insults, and I'm in a good mood, so bring ‘em on. But here's who the NAPOs say are going to win this week. Last week was the NAPOs' worst so far, getting 7 wrong. But on the other hand, my personal predictions missed 11, so I'm still kicking my own rear end.
This week's winners:
Chicago over Washington
Jacksonville over Carolina
Dallas over Detroit
Miami over Buffalo
NY Giants over Philadelphia
Oakland over Green Bay (not as much of a long shot as you'd think)
New England over Pittsburgh (not even the NAPOs think it'll happen, Steelers, sorry)
San Diego over Tennessee (the NAPOs don't factor in Haynesworth though)
St. Louis over Cincinnati
Tampa Bay over Houston
Seattle over Arizona
Minnesota over San Francisco
NY Jets over Cleveland
Kansas City over Denver
Indianapolis over Baltimore
New Orleans over Atlanta
