How can you blame Shanny for Cutler regressing? Dude looked great at times last year and should have had a much better year in 2007, but he just isnt a leader like Favre. Dude is a gunslinger, but his accuracy sucks right now. They are not getting the dream season envisioned out of Travis Henry. Thats not Shanny's fault either.
I say fire the D coordinator, draft heavy on D next year, and get some better skill players around Cutler thru Free Agency, but Shanny knows a winning system inside and out and just needs on the field performers to execute it. BLAME THE PLAYERS. The coach always is the scapegoat, but only 50 percent of the time was he the real cause of failure.
You wanna a coach that deserves to be fired? Try Brian Billick! His offense for the last 7 years has been pathetic, save one dream season by McNair last year. Reality is he doesnt know how to evaluate QBs anymore.

Wow Cassidy you are right on the money, as for Cutler give him another year or so, usually it takes a QB about 3 years to learn to play at this level, he is still technically in his first full season as a QB.
Also b/c of Shanny's job security he has been able to build for the future MOST of this team's key players are under 25! They are about 2-3 years away from being a top team in the NFL!
