Here we go with the final installment for episode 3. Enjoy the Truth!
What were they smoking?
Quotes or stories of utter stupidity from the sports world
The Champ has heard a lot of stupid studies in his time, but this takes this takes the cake. A group of geniuses, that are probably wasting our tax dollars to do this worthless study: The NBA refs are racist? PLEASE! They must be the most tolerant racists in the world to put up with the thuggery that is the NBA. I think that this study was done by racists hoping to stir up some fake racial issue. The NBA needs to refine is refereeing, there are too many fouls called period, but I don’t think it has anything to do with race, conscious or unconscious. Check it out:
NBA Referees are Racist: Study
An academic study posted in the New York Times has shown that white referees officiating NBA games called more fouls against black players than they did against white ones and that black referees called more against white players.
The University of Pennsylvania study said the difference "is large enough that the probability of a team winning is noticeably affected by the racial composition of the refereeing crew."
The study ran over 13-seasons up to 2004, and shows that calls are affected by the race of the refereeing crew by up to 4.5%. The NBA has blasted the study, as it focused on the three-man officiating crew, and not the individual referees.

Our next segment is a lot of fun. With so many over the top personalities and dramas in the world of sports, we thought it would only be right if we gave a forum for us to see who would really win the fight! This is a fictional brawl to the death, mano a mano, only the strongest will survive.
Who would win the fight?
An intense fictional brawl-to-the-death, between two sports world figures.

In the news there is a story about how the just-OK quarterback, and horrible sportscaster, Joe Theismann was running his mouth, blatently violating the first amendment, while attacking the Champish Brady Quinn. Read below (from SI.com):
Earlier this week, Joe Theismann, another former Fighting Irish QB, blasted Quinn in a radio interview, saying the 22-year-old looked "unprofessional" when he was on stage after being drafted. Theismann had a problem with Quinn's tie, his "just showered" hair and was bothered by him chewing gum.”
Unbelievable. Theismann is a washed up loser of a man. However, this is just another opportunity for Quinn to show the world his Championship behaviors…the story continues:
Quinn took it all in stride, but acknowledged the comments stung.
"It's tough," he said. "I apologize to anyone, obviously, who is a Notre Dame alum, or for those fans who thought I wasn't being very business like. I was there for awhile, and at that moment in time, when you finally get picked after waiting for 41/2 hours, the last thought in my head was spit out your gum, fix your hair or make sure your shirt and everything looked good.
"I was just trying to get on stage as fast as possible and get that Browns jersey in my hand."
Quinn said Theismann's remarks were the only negative ones he heard.
"I'm a big fan of his," Quinn said. "I guess he's not a big fan of me. He's one of those guys -- Joe Theismann, Joe Montana -- they've been right there along the way, people who have kind of come back and helped out our program. And he has been one of those big influences, so I have a lot of respect for him.
Truly a Champish response. This young man Quinn impresses the Champ.
However, the Champ cant let this offense slide. As dictator of all that is righteous and true in the sports world, I was able to provide a place where Quinn could exact his revenge on the pathetic one. The fight was brief, and brutal. Quinn, a superior athlete pummeled the face of the older, slower Theismann, however he had a few tricks up his own sleeve and hit the young Quinn with his superbowl ring on, leaving an imprint. This set Brady into a rage, where he called up his big OG homey, Lawrence Taylor, who came as emotional support, but at the very sight of LT, Theismann shivered and shook. He attempted to run, but his limp could get him away from the still-fast pass-rush of LT, who took out his leg…yes, that leg. Laying there, broken, beaten, and unrepentant for insulting a young man with Championship behaviors, Brady and LT left him there for the vultures and rode off into the sunset.
Sorry. That story just really ticked the Champ off.
THROWDOWN SHOWDOWN

Not sure your throwdown about QB's can actually be lost, what else is as difficult of a position to handle? The result of a game is put completely on the QB. Peyton Manning for example, loses so much to the Pats, nobody mentions how his D always has been terrible, just mention how he blew it. Clever post Champ.

Defenitely agree with you Champ, Theismann should just shut up and go away. He knows he is no longer on MNF so he needs to get in the news somehow, even if it makes him sound like a grumpy old man.
