If you are anything like me, you are absolutely sick and tired of hearing about how the 2007 New England Patriots are the NFL's best team ever.(That is unless your a Patriots Fan.) While I know that it is enevitable that the Patriots will be the AFC champions, and then go on to win Superbowl XLII there is something that I do not want to see them achieve. I want the record for an undefeated season to remain in the hands of the 1972 Miami Dolphins. I am not sure if it is because the Patriots pummeled my hometown Bills, or if it is just my dislike of professional sports teams in New England in general but, I want to see at least one loss on the Patriots record. With the three games remaining it seems that I will not get my wish. Do you know what would be the best, most ironic way that I could get my wish? It would be if the 2007 Miami Dolphins were to beat the Patriots, next week in Miami. I know that a snowball has a better chance in hell, than the Dolphins overcomming the most dominat team in Profession Football since the merger. Let's hope that one of the next three games remaining leaves a frown on Bill Bellchek face. At least for one week anyway.
