Another season kicks off Thursday night folks, thank the heavens above!  A few games with money making potential, IMO that is ......

North Texas at Florida International - FIU is favored by 14.5 at most books.  The Mean Green are 0-4 ATS is their last four meetings, including a 34-10 beating last year.  I don't see much changing this year for North Texas. The O/U is set at 53.5. All the trends and I do mean ALL the trends say this game stays Under the total. 

Put me down for FIU minus the chalk / Under 53.5

#20 Mississippi State at Memphis - Bulldogs are favored by 28.5, that's a lot of points folks but I'm hear to tell you the Dogs own them! The Tigers have never beaten Mississippi State, although most of the games have been fairly close, except for a couple games including last years beat down, 49-7.  The total is at 50 right now.  Mississippi State is returning 8 starters on offense including most all their receivers. The Bulldogs are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 meetings.

Put me down for Mississippi State -28.5  / I'm leaning Over the total but I'm not completely sure I'll be playing 

Wake Forest at Syracuse - The Orange are favored by 6.5, these two haven't played since 2006 with Wake winning 20-10.  The Demon Deacons won a total of 3 games last year. These two programs seem to headed in opposite directions.  Everything that I'm seeing is telling me Syracuse is the better team and should cover here. The total is at 49.5. The trends point to the Under here but I'm not sold on that, so I'm staying away as of now.

Put me down for the Orange -6.5

There are a few more games I'm looking at but I'm not sure whether I'll be making a play or not?
