The game acts as though this just started. if any or all of these players were using any type of enhancement drug, the league, the media and corporate america has all benefitted from the play. I feel that baseball should realize the mistakes made to this point, look at it as a learning experience put in place soem sort of testing rule to go forward. you can't correct the past and you don't know what effect if any that their alleged usage has played and when the advantage started. Youi have to ask was Bonds or Clemens putting up HofF numbers before the alleged use started -YES they were. I venture to say that these guys would be HofF even if they didn't. The public has to stop being so judmental and realize that there is great expectations placed on these guys and corporate america does endorse wannabe's or never was. Corporate America has benefitted the gretest from these guys - MLB went excelled from a $1 billion industry to a $6 billion game. If you want to start taking aways records or putting asterix' by their names and accomplishiments - you may want to start reducing some of the bank accounts of the the beer companies, the apparel companies, the banks, and any other sponsor that advertises and/or sponsors a club or stadium or both.
