Despite this being a controversial subject I'll try it out anyway.
VT versus Kansas:
VT is a much more proven team than Kansas. Kansas has faced about one ranked team and that isn't enough experience to beat one of the top teams in the NCAA. I think the committee got a bit ahead of themselves with Kansas. Pick: VT
Oklahoma versus West Virgina
Oklahoma and West Virgina both had a stumble during the season. WVU when they faced Pittsburgh and Oklahoma when they faced Colorado. This will be a high-powered offense versus an overall good team. In this thriller of a game WVU will come out on top. Pick: WVU
USC versus Illinois
Now hold your horses everyone! I know USC is a great team and Illinois is a not so great team but don't go assuming USC will kill. Remember when Illinois upset #1 Ohio State! Illinois has a very decent offense and can pull an upset but unfortunately for Illinois this will not be one of those games. USC will win with a margin of 10-14 points. Pick: USC
Hawaii versus Georgia
Ahhhhhhh, this is probably the best games of the BCS. Undefeated Hawaii against nearly flawless Georgia. Most people think Hawaii got ripped off but I disagree. If Hawaii wants to show their stuff, then plan a better schedule! They need to place more ranked teams into the shuffle, nut I still like Colt Brennan. I'm not going to fall into the Hawaii trance. Pick: Georgia
LSU versus OSU
Last but most certainly not least the BCS championship. Many people wanted a playoff this year because of all the equal playing field in the teams, I was one of them. But I guess it'll have to happen later but for now we will just have to settle with this absolutely horrible BCS selection! How do you lose two weeks before the BCS selection show to an unranked team and still make the BCS?! Ohio State I can understand but LSU? Even though they don't deserve to be in the BCS, I still am going to with LSU. They are a great team but had a bit too much confidence going into Arkansas. Pick: LSU
Remember these are my opinions.
