This past August, I tried very hard to watch the AFC & NFC West Divisions and came down to one conclusion:
The NFL should create a Division II League
Teams that suck the previous year should be placed into a Division II, teams that aren't quite ready to play with the Big Boys. If the NFL took away both the NFC & AFC West and created a Division II League, IMO the quality of the NFL will rise to the top and the viewers will be rewarded with more competitive match-ups every weekend.
So let's see what the future Divisions could look like.

NFL Division II
Teams will play each other 2x, top 2 teams will play for the Division II title. Also, top 4 teams will replace bottom teams of each ALPHA/OMEGA teams.
