Despite not being a Chelsea fan, I completely agree with you. Michael Ballack is the most overrated player in the world, bar none. He was supposed to anchor the Chelsea midfield, leading an attack (along with Lampard) that couldn't be stopped. Well, that didn't quite happen. Ballack is a crybaby who sulks when the defense doesn't give him what he wants. He should go to the place where all the overrated, overpaid soccer bums go: Madrid.

Ballack should NOT go!!! Despite having an off season he is still one of the top midfielders in the game. It takes time to adapt to the fast pace style of the Premiership. Ballack and Lamps just need to know how to work together because they play the same style of football. And not to mention the clutch goals he had in the Champions League (Porto) and the FA Cup (Blackburn). Drogba didn't have a world class season his first season also.
