Im being serious, this is one of the best things that happened to us all year. Leave off Derek Anderson who so clearly should be in over Roethlisberger. Leave off Joe Thomas and put in Johnny Ogden who is leading his team to a nice 4-10. And hey, while you are at it, why not leave off Eric Steinbach, Kellen Winslow, and Phil Dawson. It only makes sense! Tony Gonzalez? Seriously? Over KWII? We are in the year 2007 and voters need to stop living in the past. Im sure the fact that everyone hates him factors in. We all remember the qoute "Im a **** soldier". LET IT GO! He was young and didnt know what he was doing. He showed his maturity this year by not firing back at Joey Porter. In case any of you missed it, Porter claimed he would injure KWII at the Browns game. I dont quite remember that, but I do remember Porter making one tackle and all of the fans chanting "****- HOLE". KWII just sat back and took that. I could be mad over any one of those, but the biggest injustice is somehow no Phil Dawson. Now, I will tell you this, Phil is one of my favorite players in the NFL and if I won a meet an NFL player contest, he would be seriously considered. Dawson is only 24/27 on his field goals and won the Seattle game, Baltimore game, and Buffalo game. So 3 games he won, but yeah, I guess Rob Bironis makes more sense.

He made a 49 yard field goal in the 2 foot snow and howling wind vs. Buffalo. No, Rob Bironas is a better choice though. 31/35, but 8/8 in one game. In 13 games he is 23/27.

Now, why am I thanking you voters who snubbed us? One, simple reason. Motivation. We have a young group who could so easily get cocky and drop the next 2 to miss the playoffs on the "we the best" talk. Now that they know that the media is still not believeing in them, they will come out, win 2 in a row, take the afc north, beat the Steelers in the first round of the playoffs then the Colts in the next. Then we will be in the AFC Champ game. Thanks again.
