I have been on here for the better part of 4 years and never had a confrontation. However, today, I let anger get the best of me and it's not something I do. I hate to seem like a drama queen, but that's what I looked like today. It really made me think about what was wrong during the day today.
There's more to it than that. Without getting into much detail, my uncle is struggling with cancer and a good friend of mine was recently shot, paralyzed, and in critical condition. Between that and the start of the school and other issues, I feel like I'm putting this site too high on my priorities and I need to focus on other things right now.
I don't want to seem like this is a big deal or anything like that. I just felt like I needed to tell people. I'll still do my weekly Big Ten blog because I enjoy doing it, but other than that, I won't be around any more for an extended period, at least until I get some other things under control. I don't want to regret not spending time with my family because of a site like this.
Hope this doesn't seem too attention-whorish. I do have Facebook on my phone for anyone who really wants to keep in contact or something.
