Just a follow up from last weekend's bold prediction, Reggie Bush clearly needs time to learn how to run in the NFL. When you run 15 times and gain 25 yards, you are clearly not being patient enough. That being said I think he will get better at running in the next few weeks. I still think there is a chance for him to help the Saints win the NFC south, although the MVP call was probably a little ridiculous. If they would give the MVP to anyone on the Saints, Drew Brees would win it just because QB's almost always get the credit for a winning team.
Anyway, I wanted to ask my fellow Fannation friends what my best course of action is. I have been offered Anquan Boldin (my favorite WR) for Reggie Bush. I already have 4 RBs, Ronnie Brown, Maurice Jones-Drew, Thomas Jones, and Bush. If I was to accept the Boldin trade, I'd have a stout WR corps featuring Boldin, Chad Johnson, and Javon Walker. Does this trade favor me in a league where receptions count as a 1/2 point each? Or does Reggie Bush have enough potential to put up huge stats as the year progresses? Thanks!
