this sundays game with the pats and dolphins will be a simple blow out. The dolphins got lucky against the reavens and they are thinking of a second straight win against the pats in foxboro...not gonna happen.
if the pats win they will be 15-0 (obviously) and one game away from the undefeated season. Already the pats hold the best record in NFL history in the modern era. They went past the colts record of 13-0 in the modern erea of NFL. I agree with Belichick not taking the starters out. They get paid to play football and thats what they want to do. i wouldnt want to be benched just because we are going to the playoffs. its good to keep them in a rhythm and give them more time to fine tune problems the starters may be having for the weeks to come. regardless if the pats lose one or both of the games, they are still in the history books as one of the best NFL teams of all time.
already they have tied the '72 dolphins single season record of 14-0. tom brady will beat payton mannings single season passing touchdown record and randy moss will pass jerry rice as well. with the dolphins game the pats will also beat the single season scoring record set by the vikings in '98.
who knows....all i know is that its going to be a straight up beat down of the dolphins.
