11:35 PM ET 12.22 | Even without beating the Dallas Cowboys, the Carolina Panthers may have changed the face of the NFC Playoffs. If T.O. is slowed down by this ankle injury, then the Cowboys offense is changed dramatically. His strength and speed are the reason he must be doubled at all times which not only makes it easier to get single coverage for their other receivers, but it also opens up the running game because it does not allow opponents to put a safety in the box without exposing them to the dangers of a "zero coverage" situation in the event of a wide receiver or running back getting past the first line of defenders. If he is not there or hampered by this injury then the Cowboys offense may have trouble moving the ball and that would be costly going into the playoffs...
