Am I the only one who is irked at the half-waffle of the NFL Network at simulcasting the Pats-Giants game? I mean, OK, it's great for those who can't or won't get the NFLN, no doubt. And I don't pay anything extra for the NFLN with my particular provider, so maybe I don't have the right to gripe, but everyone else that I know that has the NFLN also has Comcast and is paying for the extra tier - and not so they can get the other channels that come in that tier, just to watch the NFLN. Its infuriating. To pay extra for this tier, so that we can watch this 8-game sked, and then to get (arguably) the best game all season given to everyone, paying customer or not. Why pay for the NFLN at all? Well because there's always next season. But the NFL needs to go one way or another on this. Not just toss out the best games to NBC and CBS. Either concede to the cable companies and get the network off a tiered level, or hold strong. But if they give away any game the mass-media brings heat on them for, there's really no point in paying extra for the network, now is there?

I totally agree. I don't pay extra but think the waffle will cause problems for the NFLN in the future.
