I'll be switching back and forth between the Steelers and the race. If the football game gets to be a blow out one way or the other (with the Steelers you never know) I'll stick with the race.

Would like to see Junior and Jeff come in one two. With Jeff its possible, with Junior . . . . . Hey I can dream can't I?

I like the bears game in the infield idea. Be prepared for some rain delays today.

I'll be flipping between football and the race. I can't see anybody winning 5 in a row again. Would like fro Jeff to win it this year, but I wouldn't cry if Jimmy pulled off #6. Kurt wouldn't be a bad champ, but I'm thinking this might Kyle's year. Kevin is due too.

so should see most of the first Half ... PACK at Carolina ...

Just what NASCAR needs .... a half-way RAIN race WIN or a MONDAY race ( a lot of Green on the Radar) to start off the CHASE ;( ...

Looking at past stats, Gordon looks good at this track. He seems to be peaking at the right time.

Looking for Matt to do well today....but Jeff Gordon winning is good too.....I will never stop hoping that Jr surprises us.....even if he comes in 10th overall, he still has done better this year than the last 3 years.
Hope Denny messes up early in the race and stays 12th throughout the whole Chase....there just isn't anything that I like about him, including his driving.

I will be multi~tasking during the race, but will watch all of it....seriously hope it is not a rain win race.

This is getting ridiculous with the rain. Georgia is in a drought, and rain still postponed Atlanta.

It was interesting how Burton completely sidestepped the Menard spinning out on purpose question. When asked directly about it, he more or less said that things happen all the time on the track and who is to say what happens at any given point by any given teammate. He said that the bottom line is that Gordon lost the race on pit road (which had nothing to do with the question). He wouldn't come out and say directly "No, Menard didn't do it" and instead said "If Menard said he didn't do it, then that's good enough for me".

And earlier, Carl all but said that the Menard spin kind of thing can happen all the time (and has happened, including Menard doing it on purpose).

I was willing to give menard the benefit of the doubt until they gave us the whole radio conversation on race day. An NASCAR found nothing fishy?

Same here. After that, there's pretty much no doubt that he did it on purpose, but actually "proving" it is impossible I guess. OJ, Casey Anthony, and now Paul Menard.
