I've always been a big critic of Lloyd Carr, but it's nice to see him go out with a win...and a nice win at that. My only question is, why did he wait so long to implement this strategy? Finally, in his last game, in the Capital One Bowl, Carr allows the team to use the pass to set up the run. And what happens? They beat one of the best teams in the nation whose quarterback is Heisman winner Tim Tebow, that's what. As much as I've lambasted Carr in the past, I've actually praised Michael Hart just as much. Now if Lloyd Carr had started letting the team use this game plan years ago when many other colleges stared doing it, Hart wouldn't have been nearly as successful. As it stands he's one of the greatest RB's in school history...but he doesn't have any rings. Is that trade-off worth it? To Hart maybe, but to most Michigan fans probably not. I loved watching Mike Hart play, but I really would have loved seeing some more championships. Bye Lloyd. You've frustrated the heck out of over the years, but at least you were classy.

Yeah, he was frustrating every year, but you knew what to expect, as a fan, that it-and I liked him.......I'll miss him, I wasn't around during the Bo era, so Lloyd is really all I know. They finally played a good game.
