LSU and Ohio State deserve to be in the championship game despite the fact that Georgia and Southern Cal are better teams than the Buckeyes. What is inexcusable it pairing Georgia with Hawaii and USC with Illinois. Obvioulsy, Hawaii should have played Illinois, and Southern Cal should have faced Georgia. Hawaii and Illinois looked like lambs put in a lion's cage. Why did the BCS selection process not pair Georgia with Southern Cal?!

What exactly do you base USC or Georgia being better than Ohio State on? Georgia lost to a horrible South Carolina team, and a average Tennessee team. USC lost to Stanford...come on man, put down the weed and think.

Report Offensive CommentThe Sugar Bowl has a SEC bid, and the Rose Bowl has a tradition with Pac 10 and Big 10. The Sugar Bowl would've had to of allowed UGA to go play in the Rose Bowl. The Sugar Bowl committe would've had to of been crazy to let UGA go to another bowl and make them lots of money while they sit back with their less profitable Hawaii/Illinois/Missouri match-up. The Rose Bowl could've scheduled a very good Missouri team instead of Illinois, but that's the best they probably could've done since the Orange bowl takes the ACC Champ., Sugar has a SEC bid, and the Fiesta got the Big 12 and Big East champs.
