Im given all SC fans who want Garcia to be benched a gladiator name, from now on they will be known as SMARTACUS. (you all can figure out what it means)
Do you know why he plays? let me tell you why folks , because the coach knows he gives their team the best chance to win , even with a million interceptions.
South Carolina does not get the type of kids that Alabama, Clemson, Flarida State get so Garcia gives them that edge, he is a guy that can make things happen, of course there are some risks that goes along with that, but the rewards are usually wins.
He will improve as the season goes on, remember who told you, give the guy a break.
The coach did take him, of course the game for all practical purpose was already won
Spurrier just took hi out to protect the lead, Garcia was just having a bad day.
Guess who will start at QB next week, yep Garcia, so get over it, put your SC hat on and cheer for the guy.
Man, How quick you guys down there forget your past , most be the heat.
On a side note, not sure who the commentator was that just pounded Garcia during the broadcast but I just want to say to him ...go get a job you can do in a fair and balanced manner.

Ever heard the phrase winning despite your QB? That's the story of south carolina's year so far, and last year with garcia. There was a reason Spurrier wanted to bench him before the year. The only consistancy about garcia is his inconsistancy. I'm a SC fan and I cheer for garcia, but the team wins DESPITE him week in and week out, he looks PITIFUL at times out there. The only reason he starts is because there isn't a better option on the bench. South carolina has the look of a national contendor, they just have to hope garcia doesn't fumble or throw their chances away.

Ill agree with you but and I know he bring lots of problems on himselve....But the guy does make big plays..if is any consolation ,,,Brady had a bunh of picks on Sunday and he is a hall of fame pro...lol...lol
