Let's start with the coaching staff, (Mike Shanahan) will be back.  He's got an open invitation to coach for life by (Pat Bowlen).  One coach who wont be back is (Jim Bates) the Defensive Coordinator, his system never worked for this team and never will.  His defense was ranked at the bottom of the leauge in all major catergories.  The Broncos ranked 19th in yards allowed and the 409 points allowed were the fourth highest total in club history.  Quarterback Jay Cutler will be back in 2008 he ended the season with a QB rating of 88.1 % and 3,497 yards passing and completed 20 touchdowns with 14 interceptions.  Running backs, (Travis Henry) may have beat his marijuana rap, but (Selvin Young) beat him on the field.  Young was ranked as a top ten offensive rookie of the year by S.I. so say so long to Henry.  Receivers, (Javon Walker) all but demanded a trade at the end of the season saying," I need to be the primary receiver and Denver is not a fit for me."  Javon wants to be the man, but the Broncos already have a younger "more team first attitude" (Brandon Marshall).  (Rod Smith) on the other hand wants to comeback, but he can't.  He's scheduled to undergo hip replacement surgery which will end his great career.  Offensive Tackle (Matt Lepsis) retired just a day ago and the Broncos may need to draft another left tackle or shop free agency for one.  The Broncos signed 16 players to future contracts for the 2008 season, looks like the future is here for the Broncos...

Brandon Marshall is a stud, the guy is just such a solid receiving target. Javon demanding a trade is rediculous, he needs to worry about his health issues first. He could be the man in Green Bay right now if he didn't demand to be traded from their. Brett Farve isn't a good enough QB for this guy???

-Ryan Harris is a beast and will eventually take that LT spot

-Walker talks now, but I wouldn't be shocked to see him back next year. As I see it no one will take a guy that has missed 2 of the last 3 seasons, asked to be traded from two teams.

-Bates led the Broncos to the worst season in the HISTORY of the franchise as far as the Defense goes, no way this is the worst group of guys to ever play for the Broncos, LATER BATES!

-don't know why you even mentioned Cutler, that guy will be a Bronco for the next 10-12 years. he's not going anywhere for quite a while.

As a former Cleveland Browns fan, the very last thing I want to hear is "wait 'til next year."

#1B07, I mention Cutler, because a lot of fans and talk show hosts don't think he's got what it takes to win in this leauge. i believe he does have a great arm and a cool demeanor, he just needs to develop more as a leader and stop sulking on the field and fire up his teammates.
