SEC dominance?

with the Sec being 6-2 in their bowl games.. with 1 game waitin to be played.. Hypethitically speaking.. LSU wins.. 7-2 in bowl games and back to back nation championships... will this be the fact that proves that the SEC is the strongest conference..

As much as the bowl record, the fact that it is a different team from last year playing for the national title supports the depth of the conference. Instead of being the same team every year, (like USC from the PAC-10 or OSU from the Big Eleven), LSU is playing for the year after Florida won the BCS title.

The PAC-10 had a better showing than last year in bowl games but still show a weak overall conference with only 4 teams finishing the season with winning records.

The Big Ten demonstrated that they are really a two team conference (sure Illinois beat OSU but will they sustain) after Michigan rebounded (Too bad they had to run off Loyd Carr to get motivated).
