Our Prevalent Dilemma - The Sequel

Good afternoon. In 24 hours, aircraft from here will join others from around the country. And we will be launching the largest aerial battle in this history of mankind.

Mankind -- that word should have new meaning for all of us today.

We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore.

We will be united in our common interests.

Perhaps its fate that tommorrow will be the 4th of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom, not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution -- but from annihilation.

We're fighting for our right to live, to exist.

And should we win the day, the 4th of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the world declared in one voice:

"We will not go quietly into the night!

We will not vanish without a fight!

We're going to live on!

We're going to survive!"

Tomorrow, FN celebrates our Independence Day!

Our Prevalent Dilemma

Patton:

Now, I want you to remember that no **** ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb **** die for his country. Men, all this stuff you've heard about America not wanting to fight, wanting to stay out of the war, is a lot of horse dung. Americans traditionally love to fight. All real Americans love the sting of battle. When you were kids, you all admired the champion marble shooter, the fastest runner, the big league ball player, the toughest boxer. Americans love a winner and will not tolerate a loser. Americans play to win all the time. I wouldn't give a hoot in hell for a man who lost and laughed. That's why Americans have never lost and will never lose a war. Because the very thought of losing is hateful to Americans.

On A Serious Note....

Hey everyone. No, this will not be one of my hundreds of blog which I start, this is different. No, I am not playing off the "hype" of KP's blog, though some make look at it that way. Those of you who know me, have noticed that my patience has grown thinner these past few days. I was planning to write this, more to myself, not knowing if I was alone or not...KP's blog and recent events just gave the final push.

So I will take some things off my chest which has been bothering me greatly. Now I don't want to come out sounding like a mere ranting critic, who's sole porpuse is to put down FN and the moderators...quite the contrary, I enjoy this site tremendously, and nothing would leave me more happy and satisfied than to see this site grow in popularity as well as quality.

Little Things That Tick A Ghost Off

This is another blog series I'll probably do one episode and let it die off till I forget about it, but anyways I'm doing one now.....so,enjoy!

A) How people go in humorous TDs, say it's funny and then leave without voting. I mean what the hell is that?!

1) Thank you for coming in Captain Obvious. Thanks for sharing your wisdom, oh great wise Captain. We all needed to hear this affirmation of yours since we all thought an "80 yr old NBA Lineup" TD was supposed to be a serious subject. Thank you so much for pointing out where Waldo is.

Living Dead Weekly Horror Debate Sign Up

We will start up a new weekly blog series where we will debate some sports as well as crazy stuff (people, scary movies, etc) too.

This is not a rip-off of Harry's blog, but rather a different take on it since it has not only his approval but his participation as well.

We will have four fixed participants (for now) with me (Ghost) and Harry being two of them.

In short, we're recruiting for anyone interested.

If so FM me and let me know why you want to participate..Final two panelists selection will be announced.
