The Brain of the Dude

Dude is back.

Alright people, after a grueling 2 weeks of Finals, the Dude is back. Here a couple things you should know:

- All tournies that I run will resume MONDAY, these include NIAS, NYM Fan Group, Pro Triangle and SFAHW

- A Cincy tourney and KAAM tourney will begin on Wednsday.

- I am resuming my thread responsibilities for the Mill.

- Hemo has taken over the TDM Tourney.

- NYM Game Reviews will be resuming.

- FN Soap Opera resumes next week.

The hiatus was relaxing, but I'm glad to be back!

Dude's 2-week hiatus.

Before I start this, let me tell you, school sucks. It utterly is taking over my frickin life >_>

Now, I have to take a hiatus. Don't worry, I will slip on when the parents are asleep so I can resume tournies, I'll slip on to make Mill threads and I'll try my best to make Mets game reviews.

All I have to do is ace my finals and I can be on FN all I want. Bye bye for a couple weeks...

Dont cry, I'll be back.

My Life on FN

No, I'm not leaving. This is just a review of my life on FN.

It all started on November 13, 2007. It was Literature class, and my friend (whom you guys might know as Saintsfan4ever) told me that on this site I could argue about Sports. He was refering to the TDs. I got excited, and became my naive self and believed that I could pwn everyone. Boy, was I wrong. My first TD was as homer as it can get: http://fannation.com/throwdowns/show/77297

NCAAB Round 2 Thoughts, News, Notes

March Madness

I don't think that the name "March Madness" has been adequate enough to describe what we have been going through.

SUPRISE OUTS:

(2) Georgetown Hoyas - Stephen Curry was the kryptonite to a team who had Elite Eight aspirations. Georgetown, in my opinion, won't get past the 1st round next year. No Hibbert will really hurt them.

(2) Duke Blue Devils - I personally believe this team was overrated. The lack of a post-presence caused their downfall. Coach K is going to have to make a change, if Duke wants to get to the Sweet Sixteen next year.

The NBA is BUZZING...

Buzzing for the Hornets that is!

The Hornets, in my mind, are the darlings of the NBA. They are sitting in the 2nd spot of the West with a 47-21 record. Not to mention, they are above the Spurs, Mavericks and Rockets in the Southwest Division.

It all starts with CP3 (Chris Paul).

PPG: 21.5

RPG: 3.9

APG: 11.2 (2nd in league)

SPG: 2.7 (leads league)

This kid has a bright as future as anyone in this league. In his 3rd year, he's already averaging 11.2 assists! Chris Paul is the MVP in my mind. Many people say Kobe Bryant, but it's gotta go to CP3. He's got the Hornets only half a game behind the Lakers, and is doing it with a younger, less-experienced team.
