Yo wuddup. I love the Brooklyn/LA Dodgers. I am not one of the Brooklyn faithful, just a wannabe from LA who has an appreciation for the eastcoast Brooklyn heritage of the Dodgers franchise. While I will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Dodgers move to LA, my heartfelt condolences go out to the Brooklyn faithful for losing what was the heart and soul of their borough.
Besides baseball, I used to be a huge fan of the Lakers, but the NBA hasn't been the same since Jordan left the second time. The Shaq years were great, but still don't compare to the showtime era. I've never been much of an NFL fan. The Raiders are still beloved in LA but we have the Rose Bowl and the yearly UCLA-USC game. I'd rather watch that than an expansion NFL team.
I'm a huge soccer fan. Love playing it and watching it. I love the World Cup, but I don't follow professional teams as much as national teams. I'm trying to get into the Galaxy, but they disappoint me a lot. I do hope that MLS will gain popularity.
I'm also into mixed martial arts, motorsports (F1 and rally racing), sumo, Japanese baseball, hip hop and break dancing (not sports).
